iExplorer is an iPhone browser for Mac lets you view the files on your iOS device. By using a drag and drop interface, you can quickly copy files and folders between your Mac and your iPhone or iTouch. It works with both jailbroken and non-jailbroken iPhones and works quickly with a standard USB cable.

It is technically nice but very expensive. I have bought this every time I have used it. I don't need it much but it seems that every time I go to use it, I have to purchase an upgrade. When it says "one time purchase" it is not being exactly truthful. At $49 each time I have time to pull it out and find out I must upgrade... iExplorer 2, 3, 4. I like the software but not sure it is worth it.

Easy to download songs from iPhone to Mac. Impossible to transfer songs from Mac to iPhone.

This app is garbage and doens't work with my phone even after doing all the troubleshooting on their website. I have tried to contact support 4 times over the last 3 weeks with no response. I really don't reccomend buying this as it's not trustworthy and there is no support with getting you what you need or a refund. They basically took my money and gave me something that doesn't work.
